POSITION: Executive Assistant II
OFFICE : Office of the Deputy Director General for Field Operations

SALARY : Php26,292.00/mon.
PERA : P1,500.00
ACA : P500.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Assists the Deputy Director General (DDG) in the discharge of the day-to-day functions of overseeing the operations of their Office and in providing overall supervision to the office and providing overall supervision to the immediate staff;
• Screens and reviews all memoranda, office orders and other forms of written correspondence and communication for action/ signature of the DDG;
• Provides the data and other information needed by the DDG with respect to his/her official duties and assignments;
• Drafts memoranda, Terms of Reference (TOR), Notices, Minutes of Meeting, Office Orders and other forms of written correspondence and communications as maybe assigned by the DDG;
• Monitors and coordinate the programs and activities of the office with other TESDA operating units, government agencies and other non-government organizations; and
• Performs other related functions

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Civil Service Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in oral & written communication
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good moral character and work attitude
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Physically fit & healthy

• Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List and certified photocopy of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours;
• Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) January- December 2011 of at least Very Satisfactory for TESDA employees/applicants;
• Performance Evaluation Report for CY 2011 for outside applicants;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of the Office.
• Potential Assessment Form to be accomplished by immediate supervisor and (1) peer;
• Demonstrated attitude and commitment to work to be accomplished by your immediate supervisor;
• Certified photocopy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified photocopy of eligibility (duly authenticated by the Civil Service Commission or/Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
