THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in directing, supervising and coordinating the operation and activities of the Division;
• Recommends to the Chief systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
• Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports;
• Develops and maintains TESD database;
• Represents the agency in various national and sub-national TESDS systems evaluation, research and statistical processes; and
• Performs other related functions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years relevant experience
Training : 16 hours relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:

• Good interpersonal relationship; and
• Computer literate

• Performance Evaluation Report for CY 2011 for outside applicants;
• For government employee only a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by the Immediate Supervisor, (1) Subordinate, and (3) Peers;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office)
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified photocopy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified photocopy of Eligibility (duly authenticated by the Civil Service Commission/Professional Regulation Commission).
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
